To place an order, you must:

  • Natural gemstones and diamonds may vary slightly in appearance.

  • Product weights and measurements are approximate.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions without prior notice.

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Due to fluctuations in precious metal and gemstone markets, prices may change without notice until an order has been accepted. An order is accepted only once we issue a dispatch confirmation.

6. Orders

When you place an order:

  1. You will receive an order acknowledgement email.

  2. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order.

  3. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product and send a dispatch confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

  • Payment is not authorised.

  • Fraud prevention checks fail.

  • Pricing errors occur.

  • Products become unavailable.

7. Payment

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

All payments are processed securely through authorised payment providers.

We do not store complete payment card details on our servers.

8. Delivery

UK Delivery

We offer insured and tracked delivery services within the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

International Delivery

International orders may be subject to:

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Risk and Ownership

Risk transfers to you upon successful delivery.

Ownership of goods remains with Diamour Jewellers until full payment has been received.

9. Made-to-Order and Custom Jewellery

Many of our jewellery pieces are handmade, personalised, customised, or produced to order.

Custom products include:

  • Bespoke jewellery

  • Engraved items

  • Custom ring sizes

  • Special-order products

Once production has commenced, custom orders cannot be cancelled except where required by law.

10. Returns & Refunds

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel eligible online orders within 14 days of receiving the goods.

You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods.

Return Conditions

Returned products must:

  • Be unworn and unused.

  • Be in original condition.

  • Include all certificates, packaging, and documentation.

  • Not show signs of alteration or damage.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Bespoke jewellery

  • Personalised products

  • Engraved items

  • Custom-sized rings

  • Earrings worn or removed from sealed packaging for hygiene reasons

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

11. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

You may be entitled to:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Refund

in accordance with your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

12. Jewellery Care and Warranty

We recommend regular inspection and maintenance of all jewellery.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage

  • Loss of stones caused by impact or misuse

  • Damage resulting from third-party repairs or alterations

  • Theft or loss

Any warranty offered is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

13. Ring Resizing

Where complimentary resizing is offered:

  • The service applies only to eligible products.

  • Special designs may incur resizing charges.

  • Excessive resizing requirements may not be possible.

14. Gift Cards and Store Credit

Gift cards:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Are non-refundable.

  • Must be used before their expiry date where applicable.

Store credit may be subject to separate conditions.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

  • Images

  • Logos

  • Product designs

  • Text

  • Graphics

  • Videos

is owned by or licensed to Diamour Jewellers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
