To place an order, you must:

Natural gemstones and diamonds may vary slightly in appearance.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions without prior notice.
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Due to fluctuations in precious metal and gemstone markets, prices may change without notice until an order has been accepted. An order is accepted only once we issue a dispatch confirmation.
When you place an order:
You will receive an order acknowledgement email.
This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product and send a dispatch confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

Products become unavailable.

Ownership of goods remains with Diamour Jewellers until full payment has been received.
Many of our jewellery pieces are handmade, personalised, customised, or produced to order.
Custom products include:
Bespoke jewellery
Engraved items
Custom ring sizes
Special-order products
Once production has commenced, custom orders cannot be cancelled except where required by law.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel eligible online orders within 14 days of receiving the goods.
You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods.
Returned products must:
Be unworn and unused.
Be in original condition.
Include all certificates, packaging, and documentation.
Not show signs of alteration or damage.
The following are non-returnable unless faulty:
Bespoke jewellery
Personalised products
Engraved items
Custom-sized rings
Earrings worn or removed from sealed packaging for hygiene reasons
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
If a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
You may be entitled to:

Replacement
Refund
in accordance with your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
We recommend regular inspection and maintenance of all jewellery.
Our warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage
Loss of stones caused by impact or misuse
Damage resulting from third-party repairs or alterations
Theft or loss
Any warranty offered is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
Where complimentary resizing is offered:
The service applies only to eligible products.
Special designs may incur resizing charges.
Excessive resizing requirements may not be possible.
Gift cards:
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
Are non-refundable.
Must be used before their expiry date where applicable.
Store credit may be subject to separate conditions.
