Returns & Refunds Policy

At Diamour Jewellers, customer satisfaction is important to us. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our returns and refunds policy below.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or Consumer Contracts Regulations.


Your Right to Cancel

If you have purchased an item online, by phone, or through another distance-selling method, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within the 14-day cancellation period.

Once cancellation has been confirmed, you have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within the applicable return period

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Be in their original condition

  • Include all original packaging

  • Include any certificates, valuation documents, or authenticity paperwork

  • Not show signs of damage, alteration, or misuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied:

Bespoke and Custom-Made Jewellery

Jewellery created specifically to your requirements.

Personalised or Engraved Jewellery

Items that have been engraved, customised, or altered at your request.

Custom Ring Sizes

Rings specially manufactured or altered to a size outside our standard stock range.

Special Order Products

Items sourced or manufactured specifically for a customer order.

Gift Cards and Store Credit

Gift cards and issued store credits are non-refundable.

Earrings

For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn or removed from sealed packaging may not be eligible for return.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Exchange

  • Full refund

Please provide photographs and a description of the issue to help us assess your claim.


How to Return an Item

Step 2 – Package the Item Securely

Ensure the item is securely packaged and includes:

  • Documentation

  • Proof of purchase


Step 3 – Return the Item

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

Diamour Jewellers cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost or damaged during transit.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or receiving proof of return shipment.


Delivery Charges

Standard Returns

Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty or supplied incorrectly, we will refund the original delivery costs where required by law.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or product, please contact us.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and eligibility requirements.

Additional charges may apply where the replacement item differs in value.


Ring Resizing

Many rings can be resized after purchase.

Please contact our team to discuss resizing options and any applicable charges.

Resized rings may not be eligible for return unless faulty.


Diamond and Gemstone Certificates

Where applicable, all grading certificates, valuation documents, and authenticity paperwork must be returned with the jewellery.

Missing certificates may result in a deduction from any refund or refusal of the return.


Finance Purchases

If your purchase was made using a finance agreement, any approved refund will be processed in accordance with the finance provider's procedures and terms.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Customs declarations

  • Any applicable duties or taxes

Diamour Jewellers is not responsible for customs delays or charges incurred during the return process.
