About the Role:

Are you a confident and experienced sales professional with a passion for luxury jewellery? Diamour Jewellers invites you to join our team as a Business Sales Executive, specialising in high-value diamond sales, bespoke collections, and elite client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with private clients, collectors, and luxury retail buyers
Advise clients on our bespoke and certified diamond jewellery collections
Prepare tailored quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close high-value deals
Attend private client appointments, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the brand
Monitor trends in luxury jewellery and provide insights for product improvement
Maintain accurate CRM records and produce regular sales reports

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury goods, jewellery, or B2B sales
Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and client management skills
Strong understanding of diamond certification (e.g. GIA) and fine jewellery standards
Self-driven and target-oriented with a high degree of professionalism
Familiarity with CRM tools and retail sales reporting

Desirable:

Experience working with VIP clients or bespoke jewellery services
Multilingual abilities (e.g. Arabic, Mandarin, Russian)
Experience representing brands at industry exhibitions or trade fairs\
